Why Andhra Pradesh, India?
Andhra Pradesh, India has many villages that are living in poverty. Officials from the Andhra Pradesh, India Ground Water department describes the drought severe as levels in the state have plummeted by 2.78 metres during 2015. Bore wells are drying up in many places. People are desperately trying to rely on groundwater, but even that is scarce.
Our founder is from Andhra Pradesh, India and has seen firsthand the difficulties of the villagers living without a source of fresh water. Currently in the rural areas, people are getting water from lakes or rain. Sometimes they get the water from the gutters. There are no available sources for clean water for the villages and many have to travel many miles to get water to carry miles home.
Is to build as many wells as possible in all the villages anywhere in the world for people to pump water from 24 hours a day 7 days a week for their daily needs and survival.
With your prayers and support, we can build the wells to make a sustainable tangible difference in the quality of the lives for the people in the world.
