We have so far successfully completed 15 Borewell projects in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana India.
We currently have 5 additional Borewell projects in the pipeline.
The Process of building a Borewell
Our board of directors oversees the building of the borewell from start to finish. They review all of the invoices and the location where the borewell is being requested. It is then reviewed and approved for funding.
The workers are managed by the local volunteers in the village. The volunteers are the ones who purchase the materials including bricks, cement, pumps, and all necessary equipment. The progress is monitored and it takes one week from sending the funds to completing the job. Videos are sent as progress is made every hour.
